By accessing or using the AI assistant service ("Service") provided by TaurenAI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service.
TaurenAI provides an AI assistant chatbot service integrated into websites, capable of answering questions and recommending products/services. The Service is based on OpenAI technology.
3.1. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access data.
3.3. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from end-users for the processing and transmission of their data to OpenAI and TaurenAI.
3.4. You agree to evaluate the accuracy and appropriateness of the Service's output for your use case, including human review where appropriate.
3.5. You agree not to use any output related to an individual for purposes that could have a legal or similarly significant effect on that person.
4.1. Service fees, including any initial and monthly fees, are non-refundable and payable in advance.
4.2. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice.
5.1. TaurenAI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all related intellectual property rights.
5.2. You retain ownership of all data or content you input into the Service.
6.1. You retain ownership of all end-user data entered into the Service.
6.2. You acknowledge that to provide the Service, we must transmit end-user data to OpenAI, a third-party AI service provider.
6.3. We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect end-user data during transmission and processing.
6.4. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7.1. Our liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
8.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
8.2. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be accurate, and it should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth or factual information.
8.3. The Service may provide incomplete, inaccurate, or offensive output, which does not represent the views of TaurenAI or OpenAI.
9.1. Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days' written notice.
9.2. We may terminate immediately if you breach any material term of these Terms.
9.3. Upon termination, we will delete all end-user data in our possession unless legally required to retain it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
